BKP Hands Over VERVE® Suites KL South to Homeowners.
Taking possession of a new home is a special moment in one’s life. To ensure the proud homeowners of VERVE® Suites KL South have a memorable and smooth experience of receiving the keys to their unit during the handover of Tower B which commenced since September 2016, BKP has mobilised the entire team towards this goal.
Prior to handing over the units, BKP team members from various departments were involved in a series of unit inspections and handover briefings, to ensure a smooth handover process for the homeowners.

Located on Old Klang Road, VERVE® Suites KL South features fully furnished designer suites, an iconic Sky Bridge at level 13A, and also two levels of soothing pool podium and recreational deck facilities. The project introduces the VERCADICOS Living Concept, which offers a new and unique lifestyle to its residents.
During the handover process, homeowners were accompanied by BKP’s customer service and technical team members to their brand new units, and was given a briefing of operating the appliances. After inspecting their units, they were taken for a tour around the facilities at the Sky Bridge, pool podium and recreational deck. As a warm welcome to their new homes, homeowners were also presented with a box of customised gifts, which include embroidered throw pillows, bath and hand towels, a twin set of organic essential oil and an exclusive key pouch.
“I’m happy with the quality of my unit, the facilities at the Sky Bridge and pool podium look great too,” said homeowner, Siti Khuzaimah, after her unit inspection and a tour of the facilities area.
“We are excited to be handing over the units to our customers and delivering a new living concept to them. With the handover of keys, it signifies a new milestone in our continuing relationship,” NK added.
