BKP Hosts Housewarming Party for VERVE® Suites KL South Homeowners.
Over 200 VERVE® Suites KL South homeowners and guests had a wonderful evening at the Housewarming Pool Party last Saturday. The event was organised to celebrate the handover of VERVE® Suites KL South, and to thank homeowners for their ongoing support of the project. It was hosted by Bukit Kiara Properties (BKP).
The event, themed ‘Housewarming Pool Party’, was held at the pool deck and recreational deck, which were donned with balloons, fairy lights and ambient lighting. Guests enjoyed the lively atmosphere and a sumptuous dinner spread throughout the evening.
“The setup and lighting at the pool deck are stunning. The food is really good too. That’s the top-notch service from BKP team!” said one of the homeowners, Mr. Mahendran.
“We are glad to have so many homeowners and guests joining us this evening. At BKP, we believe that our relationship with homeowners truly begins with the handover of the keys. It signifies a milestone in our continuing relationship,” said BKP’s Group Managing Director, Datuk NK Tong.
Located on Old Klang Road, VERVE® Suites KL South features fully furnished designer suites with an iconic Sky Bridge at level 13A. Homeowners of Tower B started receiving the keys to their units since last September.
The newly completed tower achieved a high First Time Quality (FTQ) score of 72%. This means that 72% of the units were handed over to homeowners on the very first inspection, without touch-up requirements.
While FTQ can be considered as subjective, with more than 100 data points, it becomes a very objective and credible measure of quality.
“The FTQ score of 72% has surpassed the highest we achieved at the last tower of VERVE® Suites Mont’Kiara, which stood at 66%. It is a reflection of the team’s commitment towards quality and customer satisfaction. We also like to thank our homeowners for their confidence in our project,” NK added.
During the Housewarming Party, BKP also launched a campaign themed ‘Relive the Magic’ to share the beauty of Old Klang Road and assist homeowners in renting out their units. Under this initiative, BKP has published a ‘Tenant’s Guide to VERVE® Suites KL South’ to share useful contacts, and introduce good food and amenities in the surrounding areas.
“In addition to the Tenant’s Guide, we have also advertised for rental in expat newspapers and magazines.We believe these initiatives will reaffirm the branding of the project and generate good rental values and capital appreciation for our homeowners in the long run. We are glad to share that 50% of the units handed over were already occupied within a short span of 3 months. This is a good reflection of the VERVE® brand in attracting potential tenants,” said NK.
Throughout the evening, the party was filled with laughter as guests enjoyed a line-up of entertainment for the evening, including dancing, flair bartending, and synchronised swimming performances. Homeowners also mingled with each other, and took the opportunity to know their neighbours better.
“This event is truly awesome, it strengthens community ties and promotes fun living. I felt like I was attending a party together with a big extended family. Thanks BKP for organising this!” said Derek Soh, a homeowner who have moved into VERVE® Suites KL South recently.
