VERVE® Suites KL South (VSKLS) is now even livelier with the recent handover of the second block, Block A. The homeowners of Block A will soon be joining their neighbours in Block B to embark on a new and exciting lifestyle in VSKLS.
Located on Old Klang Road, the project features The VERCADICOS Living Concept, with 321 fully furnished service suites and 45 SOHO units, an iconic Sky Bridge at Level 13A, and two levels of spectacular facilities on the pool podium and recreational decks.

As at mid-November, Block A at VSKLS has achieved a remarkable First Time Quality (FTQ) Score of 93%. It means 93% of the units were handed over to homeowners on the very first inspection, without touch-up requirements. It is the highest FTQ BKP has achieved so far.
“We are very excited to hand over the keys to homeowners of Block A. Following our achievement of scoring a high FTQ of 72% for Block B at VSKLS, we aim to continue the excellent track record with the second block,” said BKP’s Group Managing Director, Datuk NK Tong.

During the handover, homeowners were accompanied by BKP’s customer service and technical team members to inspect and familiarise themselves with their new homes, and the operation of appliances in their units.
“I’m very happy with my new home. It looks exactly like the show unit. Felt very cozy when we first stepped into the unit!” commented another homeowner, Chua Boon Tat.
Every homeowner is presented with a handover gift upon vacant possession of their unit as a gesture of appreciation from BKP, and to welcome them to VSKLS. The handover gift consists of two throw pillows with the unit theme embroidered on them, two sets of VSKLS face and bath towels, two bottles of essential oils and a BKP customised key pouch.
Pon Chee Pui, who was one of the first homeowners to collect his keys said, “I am very excited to move in to Old Klang Road and it will be a privilege to stay in VERVE® Suites KL South.”
