More than 200 BKP’s homeowners and residents travelled back in time to the glamorous era of 1920s at a party hosted by BKP on 7th March. Themed ‘Shanghai Nite’, the evening party held at the Vercadicos Sky Bridge was hosted to thank homeowners and residents for their continuous support.

Developed by BKP, VERVE® Suites Mont’Kiara continued to receive acknowledgement from customers as well as the industry. The development was awarded the ‘Project of the Year’ during the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards last year, and later announced as the ‘Best High Rise Residential’ at the FIABCI Malaysia Property AwardTM in November 2014.

During the party, guests came in with their Cheong Sam or ‘20s outfit, and had fun on the "floating" Sky Bridge located 14 floors above ground. They were having an incredible night dining and mingling with friends, listening to oldies performed by a live band, taking photos at the photo booth where they could pick their costumes, getting their names written in calligraphy style, enjoying nail art and face painting.
On the following week, more than 60 media members also attended a Media Night with the same ‘Shanghai Nite’ theme hosted by BKP. The event was organised to thank media members, and to keep them updated on the latest development of VERVE® Suites. The media exposure generated has helped to elevate the property value which in return benefits the homeowners.
