The Symbol of Our Belief


The logo represents what BKP stands for. The four bars serve as the four core values of the company.


The three vertical bars stand for Quality, Innovation and Caring that are firmly grounded on a solid foundation of Integrity signified by the horizontal bar.


The logo reminds BKP’s team to continue practicing the company’s core values.


QUALITY, INNOVATION, CARING and INTEGRITY. These are the four meaningful words that guide our action. 


Quality and Innovation drive the products that the company builds and delivers to the customers. Caring and Integrity, on the other hand, focus on the people that BKP deals with - the customers, business associates, employees, shareholders and the community.

These four core values have always been the centre of everything at BKP. They encompass what the team members at BKP stand for and are deeply embraced by the team.


The quality of a product has to speak for itself. To walk the talk, the management has adopted the internationally renowned CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System) and the FTQ (First Time Quality) measurement to ensure the quality of its projects. 


BKP strives to improve quality in all area, including its management system. The company received ISO certification in 2007. It has also successfully transitioned from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 standards.


In line with BKP’s tagline ‘For Innovative Lifestyles’, innovation leads the way for every project. New concepts are promoted to deliver unique lifestyle to homeowners.


The Sky Beach at VERVE® Suites Mont’Kiara and the Sky Bridge at VERVE® Suites KL South, are among the many innovative features introduced by BKP. The innovation of the company is also extended to marketing and customer service aspects. 


Caring is a core value that revolves around building strong relationships. A good and caring relationship goes a long way as it builds rapport, trust and credibility. The philosophy rings true for BKP as we strive to nurture our customers’ interest as well as the needs of our employees, business associates and the community at large. 


In addition, we believe in helping the needy and giving back to the society. In 2009, BKP launched the Caring Hands Initiative to reach out to charity homes. 


Integrity is the bedrock of the company’s core values. We strive to ‘Do the right thing even when no one is watching.’ It guides us to make the right decision and handle our dealings with integrity. 


As a testament to our commitment towards integrity, BKP won the Malaysian Business Ethics Excellence Award in 2006, 2008 and 2010, when the award was held. It is the first and only property developer to win the award three times in a row.


The Code of Ethics is the main guide for all our interactions with customers, employees, business associates and the community.


Derived from the company's four core values, the Code of Ethics acts as the guiding light and secures the business to the foundations of honesty, integrity and respect. It enables the company to improve services to homeowners and forge meaningful partnerships with business associates.


Written in 3 languages, English, Malay and Mandarin, the 10-page booklet is made available to all its employees, business associates and customers.
